PMF4000 Mass Air Flow Sensor
The PMF4000 series uses Posifa’s third-generation thermal flow die with dual thermopiles to sense temperature-gradient changes caused by mass flow, delivering excellent signal-to-noise and repeatability. A solid-state thermal isolation structure avoids surface cavities or fragile membranes, improving resistance to clogging and pressure shock. Versions include analog output (PMF4000V) and I²C digital (PMF4000D), with linearized, temperature-compensated output for ease of use and max flow options from 12 SLM to 300 SLM.
